Executive Accounting Services, Inc. began in 1998 as a sole proprietorship and was incorporated in 2002. EAS quickly grew from referrals and the acquisitions of several accounting and tax businesses from 2002 through 2009. EAS was started to satisfy the need of the small business owner by helping them use and understand the financial tools of their business.
